Time Recording Submission Configuration
The following article will help explain how you can add or update Time Recording Submission Configuration through SFCodeBot.
- Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.

- On the Home screen, click on the Time Track module.

- Select your workspace from the next screen.

- Navigate to the generated workbook by clicking the Sheet icon..

- The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Navigate to the Time Recording Submission Configuration worksheet.

- Add New Time Recording Method Columns:
- Column B: Set the Processing Status to Pending.
- Column C: Enter the External Code.
- Column D: Enter the External Name.
- Column E: Enter the Time Recording Method.
- Column F: Enter the Submission Rule.
- Column G: Enter the Deviate Automatic Submission By (+/- Days).

- Close the workbook, back in CodeBot click the hamburger menu and click on Start Configuration.

- On the left-hand side, enter your SAP SuccessFactors password or sign in using SSO (if it is configured for your instance). Next, enter the Execution Notes. On the right-hand side, under Advanced Options, select the Time Recording Submission Configuration checkbox and choose the desired execution mode (Standard or Optimized (Beta)). Finally, click Confirm and Start to begin the execution.

- As the status changes to processing you can monitor the execution. Below is the article attached for iteration monitoring.
- As the status changes to complete, re - open the Time Track workbook and notice that the data you added is now highlighted in green, which means that the changes are successfully pushed to the instance.

- You can also confirm these changes by navigating to Manage Data in SAP SuccessFactors and reviewing the Time Recording Submission Configuration.
