Attendance Request
The following article will help explain how you can add or update an Attendance Request through SFCodeBot.
- Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.

- On the Home screen, click on the Time Track module.

- Select your workspace from the next screen.

- Navigate to a generated workbook in my case iteration #1. Click the sheet icon.

- The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Select the Attendance Request worksheet.

- Attendance Request:
- Column A: Enter a unique Item ID to identify the record.
- Column B: Set the Processing Status to reflect the current processing state.
- Column C: Enter the External Code for the record.
- Column D: Enter the Cost Center associated with the request.
- Column E: Enter the Start Date of the attendance request.
- Column F: Enter the Start Time of the attendance request.
- Column G: Enter the End Time of the attendance request.
- Column H: Specify the Number of Hours for the request.
- Column I: Specify the Hours and Minutes breakdown.
- Column J: Enter the Time Type (e.g., WorkOffice, Home_Office).
- Column K–P: Read-only, auto-generated (User, Approval Status, Time Sheet, etc.)

- Close the workbook and return to SFCodeBot, then click the hamburger icon under the Actions tab for the same iteration number, and select Start Configuration from the drop-down menu.

- The Start Configuration popup will appear. Enter your credentials and some execution notes. Lastly, select the Workflows, Contributors, and CC Roles checkboxes, and hit Confirm and Start buttons.

- Later on, you can click the information icon to monitor the progress of your iteration. Screenshots will be visible once changes are successfully pushed to the instance.

- Once the status shows complete, go back in the workbook, and observe that these cc roles have been added successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. Meanwhile, the processing statuses have also turned to processed.

- You can also confirm these changes by switching to Manage Organization, Pay, and Job Structures on SAP Success Factors and in the search bar, route to the workflow you have just created.
