Time Recording Calendar

The following article will help explain how you can add or update Time Recording Calendar through SFCodeBot.


  1. Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.


  1. On the Home screen, click on the Time Track module.



  1. Select your workspace from the next screen.


  1. Navigate to a generated workbook in my case iteration #1. Click the sheet icon.

  1. The workbook will appear in a new tab on your browser. Select the Time Recording Calendar worksheet.

Time Recording Calendar Sheet – Column Reference Guide
Column A – Item ID
Set the sequential row number for this record
Column B – Processing Status
Set to Pending for new/unprocessed records
Column C – Processing / External Code
Enter the internal processing code tied to the External Code in Column E, used to match records during sync
Column E – External Code
Enter the unique ID tied to this record in the external system
Column F – External Name
Enter the display name of the record as it appears in the external system
Column G – Description
Enter a free-text description of the record's purpose or content
Column H – Processing User
Enter the user or system account that last processed this record
Column J – External Code / Calendar Entries
Enter the External Code of the calendar this record's entries belong to, linking it back to the parent calendar record


  1. Close the workbook and return to SFCodeBot, then click the hamburger icon under the Actions tab for the same iteration number, and select Start Configuration from the drop-down menu.


  1. The Start Configuration popup will appear. Enter your credentials and some execution notes. Lastly, select the Time Recording Calendar check-boxes, and hit Confirm and Start buttons.



  1. Later on, you can click the information icon to monitor the progress of your iteration. Screenshots will be visible once changes are successfully pushed to the instance.



  1. Once the status shows complete, go back in the workbook, and observe that Time Recording Calendar has been added successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. Meanwhile, the processing statuses have also turned to processed.




  1. You can also confirm these changes by switching to Manage Data on SAP Success Factors and Time Recording Calendar.
