Manage Home Page - Featured cards
Overview
This guide explains how to update Feature Cards on the Manage Home Page in SAP SuccessFactors using CodeBot. It provides step-by-step instructions to help administrators modify and maintain Feature Cards, ensuring the required content and configuration are accurately reflected on the Manage Home Page.
- Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.

- From the Home screen, navigate to Module Access Panel → Platform → Manage Homepage.

- Enter into your worspace.

- Open the Manage Homepage workbook and navigate to the Featured cards tab.


- Featured Cards Columns
Column B – Processing Status: Set this to Pending for the new record that we have added.
Column C – Featured Card Type: Select the featured card being configured.
Column D – Enabled: Set to TRUE to display the card or FALSE to suppress it.
Column E – Image: Set to Default Image to use the standard system image.
Column F – Card Image: Enter the URL path to the card's image file.
Column G – Alternative Text: Enter the accessibility description for the image.

- Close the workbook and return to SFCodeBot, then click the hamburger icon under the Actions tab for the same iteration number, and select Start Configuration from the hamburger menu.

- On the left-hand side, enter your SAP SuccessFactors password or sign in using SSO (if it is configured for your instance). Next, enter the Execution Notes. On the right-hand side, under Advanced Options, select the featured cards checkbox and finally, click Confirm and Start to begin the execution.

- Click the (i) icon to see the current status, execution logs, request tracking ID, timestamps, and the total time taken to complete the execution.

- Reopen the Compensation workbook. Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.

- You can also verify the changes by navigating to
Admin Center → Manage Home Page → Featured Cardsin your SAP SuccessFactors instance and reviewing the updated Feature Card configuration.
