Manage Home Page - Analytic Cards

Overview


This article explains how to add or update Analytic Cards on the Manage Home Page in SAP SuccessFactors using SFCodeBot.




  1. Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, and enter your login details.



  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to Module Access Panel → Platform → Manage Homepage.





  1. Enter into your workspace.



  1. Open the Manage Homepage workbook and navigate to the Analytic Cards sheet.



  • Column B – Processing Status: Set to Pending.
  • Column C – Analytic Card Name: Enter the name of the analytic card.
  • Column D – Enabled: Set to TRUE or FALSE.
  • Column E – Click to Show: Set to TRUE or FALSE.
  • Column F – Default Name: Enter the default display name for the card.
  • Column G – Target Groups: Specify the target group(s).
  • Column H – Active Period: Enter the active period for the card (e.g., Always, Date Range).
  • Column I – Date Range (Start Date): Enter the start date, if applicable.
  • Column J – Date Range (End Date): Enter the end date, if applicable.
  • Column K – URL: Enter the required URL for the card.




  • Close the workbook.


  1. Back in CodeBot click the Hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.




  1. On the left-hand side, enter your SAP SuccessFactors password or sign in using SSO (if it is configured for your instance). Next, enter the Execution Notes. On the right-hand side, under Advanced Options, select the Analytic Cards checkbox and click Confirm and Start to begin the execution.




  1. Monitor Progress of the Execution

  1. Once the status shows complete, go back in the workbook, and observe that Analytic Cards has been updated successfully as the rows and their corresponding fields are now highlighted green. Meanwhile, the processing statuses have also turned to processed.




  1. You can also verify the changes by navigating to Admin Center → Manage Home Page → Analytic Cards in your SAP SuccessFactors instance and reviewing the updated Analytic Cards configuration.
