RCM - How to Configure Job Offer Detail Template?
SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) is an applicant-tracking program module that enables a company to manage its requisitions, process candidate applications, and select the best candidates for open positions.
This article will help you in adding a new template to RCM – offer details.
Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and enter your login details.
From the CodeBot home screen select the “Recruiting Management” module tile.
From the next window select your workspace.
Open the workbook by clicking the 0364 icon.
Navigate to the offer details tab.
Add another template name and all the necessary information in respective columns.
Set the status to pending.
Close the workbook, back in CodeBot select the hamburger menu and click start configuration. Enter your SuccessFactors password, and execution notes, check the offer details check box, and click confirm and start.
Click on the “i” icon to see the processing status, execution logs, and screenshots of the execution.
Once complete open the workbook and notice that the new template is highlighted in green.
Finally, navigate to the SuccessFactors instance and verify.
