Offer Letter Templates
This article provides step-by-step instructions for executing Offer Letter Templates. Follow the guide below to ensure that templates are correctly entered, documents are uploaded, and links are generated for easy access.
In Column B, input the template name for the Offer Letter.
Ensure that each template name is unique—duplicates are not allowed.
In Column C, enter the subject line of the Offer Letter. The subject typically includes the position name, company name, and other relevant details (e.g., "Offer of Employment for [Position Name] at [Company Name]").
To add the body of the Offer Letter, you must first upload the corresponding document.
Follow these steps to upload the document:
Access the Dashboard: On the main dashboard, locate the left menu bar. Click "Manage Docs"
Upload Document:
Click the Upload button.
Select the Offer Letter document file from your local system or cloud storage.
Once the file is uploaded, it will be stored in the system, and a link to the document will be generated.
Copy the Document Link
After uploading, copy the link to the uploaded document.
Set the status to pending.
Return to CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu, and select "Start Configuration." Enter your SFSF password, provide execution notes, then choose "Offer Letter Templates" from the advanced options. Click "Confirm" and "Start." After a short wait, the execution will complete, and you can view the screenshots of the updated information in the instance.
Open the workbook, and notice the green highlights. This indicates that the changes are successful.
Finally, open the SuccessFactors instance and go to "Manage Offer Letter Templates." You will see that the new template has been successfully created in the instance using CodeBot.
