IP Restrictions for API User
1) Go to Password and Login Policy Settings
2) Click Set API login exceptions
3) Click Add
4) Fill in the window: Enter the CodeBot API User, maximum password age = -1, and put "0.0.0.0-255.255.255.0" in the IP address restrictions.
5) Scroll down and click Set Password & Login Policy
