This article will help you resolve configuration errors while you run EC - Robotics

If you see a log indicating that the user does not exist in the instance, but the screenshot shows the user, it likely means you haven't entered the correct username for that user. However, entering the username of the account holder will result in an error.



This screenshot below is an example of the error mentioned in the above screenshot.



After entering the correct username, if you see the highlighted error shown in the screenshot below, it indicates that you used a capital letter. The system is case-sensitive and will only recognize the exact username as it appears in the instance.

Before you run execution make sure that you have set the record to pending.



You can only designate one email as primary. If there is already a primary email in the instance, you cannot set another one to YES in the sheet.



Ensure that you provide the correct person ID for the user whose information you want to modify; incorrect information may result in an error that halts your execution.



Another thing which can cause error is the date format, you must enter date in the correct format which is mm/dd/yy or MMM dd, yyyy
