EC - MDF Objects – Validation

You can now easily validate your data using CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors from the instance.

1. Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and enter your login details.
   

2. On the "Home screen" click on the "Employee Central" module tile.
   

3. Select your "Workspace" from the next window.

4. Navigate to the “MDF objects” tab in the EC workbook.
   

5. Scroll right to column V “Processing status” and set that to pending for the rows that you want to validate.

6. Navigate back to CodeBot, Select the hamburger menu from the actions menu. And click start configuration. For the desired iteration.
   

7. Enter your SuccessFactors password and some execution notes, check the MDF object check box, and click confirm and start.

8. Once done, notice that the status is now changed to processing. Click on the “i” icon from the actions menu to see the progress of your execution.
   

9. Once complete, you can see the status is changed to complete and logs are available.

10. Navigate the workbook, and notice that the rows are now highlighted in green and are validated successfully from the instance, and the status is now changed to “Processed”.
