EC - Generate a Workbook

This article will help you in:


Generating a Workbook.

  1. Navigate to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and enter your login details.



  1. On the "Home screen" click on the "Employee Central" module tile.



  1. Select your "Workspace" from the next window.



  1. Click the add new iteration button on the top left corner and fill out the form. By referring to the steps
  2. Add iteration number
  3. Select your workspace
  4. Select the host address
  5. Select instance type
  6. Enter company ID (SuccessFactors ID)
  7. Enter the user name for your company ID.
  8. Write a description for your iteration.
  9. Click Submit the form.




  1. Back in CodeBot, select the hamburger menu for the iteration that we just created and select generate workbook.



  1. Fill out the form step by step.
  2. Enter your SuccessFactors password.
  3. Add some Execution Notes
  4. Check the “Select all” Check box to pull data in all tabs.
  5. Click “Confirm and start”.



  1. By clicking the “I” icon you can see the status of your execution and execution logs. Once complete, you can see all your information in the workbook.
