Codebot MFA Setup using Microsoft Authenticator

To set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using the Microsoft Authenticator app, follow these steps:

Download the Microsoft Authenticator App:
- Ensure you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed on your mobile device. You can download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Open the App:
- Launch the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.

Add a New Account:
- Tap the '+' icon in the upper right corner of the app to add a new account.

Select Account Type:
- You will be prompted to choose the type of account you want to add. Select "Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)" for other types of accounts.

Scan the QR Code:
- The app will open the camera to scan a QR code. Position your camera over the QR code provided by your account provider (e.g., during your MFA setup process on a computer or another device).

Enter Code Manually (if needed):
- If you are unable to scan the QR code, you can enter the code manually by tapping on "Or enter code manually" and following the instructions provided.

Account Added:
- Once the QR code is scanned or the code is entered manually, the account will be added to your Microsoft Authenticator app. You should see the new account listed with a verification code that changes every 30 seconds.

Verify Your Account:
- To complete the setup, enter the verification code shown in the Microsoft Authenticator app into the corresponding field in the setup process on your computer or device.

Congratulations! You have successfully set up Multi-Factor Authentication using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
