Adding template and fields in RCM Application Templates
This step by step guide will assist you in creating new templates and fields in Application Templates worksheet within the Recruiting Management module using Codebot.
To begin updating Application Templates, Log into Codebot and on the dashboard, locate and click on the Recruiting Management module tile.

Then, enter into your workspace.

Open the Recruiting Management Workbook and navigate to the Applications tab. This is where you'll initiate the process of adding or updating Application Templates.
Populate the required columns as follows:
Column E: Enter a new Template Name
Column F: Enter Field IDs.
Columns G & H: Provide Field Label and Field Description.
Column I: Enter Field Type.

Columns R to Y: set the field conditions.
Columns AA to AK: set the field permissions.

Column BE: select the Buttons / Template from the dropdown
Column BF: Add the Buttons / Roles
Columns BG to BL: select either Yes or No from the drop down.

Column BN: select Application/Template name from the dropdown.
Column BO: Provide Application/Template Description.
Next, move to:
Column C: select the Process Template from the dropdown.
Column B: Set the Processing Status to pending.
Finally, Close the workbook.

Back in CodeBot, click on the hamburger menu and select Start Configuration.

If the SSO is implemented, Login using SSO, enter Execution Notes, check the Application Templates checkbox, and click on Confirm and Start to begin the process.

After the status is changed to processing. Click the āiā icon to track the progress of the execution.

Refresh the logs to view updated information.

Once the execution is Complete, review the screenshots to see where the changes have been made in the instance.

Reopen the Recruiting Management workbook and navigate to the Applications tab.
Successfully updated information will be highlighted in green.



The Processing Status column will display as Processed.

Open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and Navigate to Manage Templates. Click on Recruiting Management and then click on Job Application Template. Here, notice that the new Application Template has been successfully created in the instance.

Confirm that the new Application Template has been successfully created and updated in the instance using CodeBot.
