Workbook Insights & Capabilities: Recruiting Management (RCM)

Config Tab

Pre‑filtering tab that lets you limit which RCM objects appear in the workbook so generation is faster and more focused.

Generate workbooks for only specific RCM objects (Applications, Requisitions, Rules, etc.).

Applications

Shows all Job Application templates and their fields.

Review application fields; update labels; add/remove fields.

App_Status_Permissions

Shows field permissions based on application and requisition statuses.

Update permissions per role, per status.

ApplicationSystemFields

Lists system‑defined application fields and labels.

Update labels.

System fields cannot be deleted; only relabeled.

Candidate Profile

Shows fields in the Candidate Profile template.

Review candidate profile structure;
update labels;
add new fields.

Configure Custom Navigation

Lists custom navigation links used in RCM.

Review or update custom links;
add new navigation items.

Candidate Rules

Shows business rules applied to candidate objects.

Update rule logic;
add new rules;
troubleshoot rule behavior.

Rule IDs must remain unchanged.

Custom Tokens

Lists custom tokens used in emails and offers.

Add new tokens;
update token mappings.

Requires Provisioning access. Consultants only.

CustomReportable

Shows custom fields marked as reportable.

Enable reporting for custom fields;
validate reporting availability.

Currently only works for provisioning. Enhancements coming to extract from the UI.

Candidate Integration Template

Shows mapping used when converting candidates to employees.

Review mapping;
update field relationships.

Used during onboarding or external integrations.

Data Privacy Statement

Shows candidate‑facing privacy text.

Update privacy language;
ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Reminder that changing DPCS languages requires reacceptance from candidates.

Data Mapping

Shows mapping between RCM fields and EC fields.

Validate mapping;
troubleshoot data transfer issues.

Email Templates

Shows all recruiting email templates.

Update email content;
add new templates.

Tokens must be validated for accuracy.
