What is a RBP Role Pool?

A pool is a set of permissions that a user can define for a given role. Each row in the following picture is categorized into a list of 9 pools. You may want a group of users to manage employee records for a certain group of employees. For example, maybe a department manager should edit records within her own department.

These pools are used in the Roles Grant To worksheet to manage user permissions.
