Time Sheet - Work Schedule
This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of adding a new Work Schedule in Time Sheet using CodeBot.
- Navigate to a generated Time Sheet workbook and click on Work Schedule tab.
- Column B: Set the Processing Status to Pending
- Column C: Select Processing Work Schedule Code from the drop down
- Columns E & F: Enter the Work Schedule Code & Name
- Column G: Add the Country
- Column H: Select the Model from the dropdown
- Column I: Enter the Starting Date
- Column J (Is Individual work schedule): Choose Yes/No from the drop down
- Column L: The Entity UUID will be auto generated once the execution is complete.
- Columns M, N, O, P and Q: Enter the, Average Hours per Day, Average Hours per Week, Hours per Month, Average Hours per Year and Average Working Days per Week respectively.
- Column T: Add the Time Recording Variant
- Column U (Cross Midnight Allowed): select Yes/No from the drop down
Fill out all the necessary columns as shown in the images below:
Note: The Entity UUID will be auto generated once the execution is complete.
- Close the workbook
- Navigate back to CodeBot. Click on hamburger menu from actions menu and hit "Start Configuration".
- Login using Single Sign-On (SSO) if it is enabled. If SSO is not available, enter your SuccessFactors password.
- Next, provide the execution notes
- Finally, check the "Work Schedule" box and click Confirm & Start to initiate the process
- Monitor Progress of the Execution
- Reopen the Time Sheet workbook and you’ll see that the Processing Status will display as Processed. The new Work Schedule is created and the successfully updated information is highlighted in green.
- To verify, open your SAP SuccessFactors instance and navigate to Manage Data:
- Select addlabel from the dropdown
- Next, search for the Work Schedule Code you just created
- Notice that the new Work Schedule has been successfully created and updated in the instance using CodeBot.
