Robotics - RCM/ONB - Initiate ONB (#5)

Pre-Requisites

1. Within Recruiting - ensure that any data required to map from RCM to ONB has been completed (Offer details, start date etc)
2. Move candidate into the applicant pipeline step where ONB can be initiated

Step 1: Open the Candidate Config Worksheet

1. Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so) (Robotics - Prepare Workbook)
2. Open the workbook and navigate to the Candidate Config Sheet, which is divided into two sections:
3. **Left-hand side (LHS): **Use this section if you want to Initiate Onboarding from a Req and then execute NHDR
4. **Right-hand side (RHS): **Use this section if you want to Add a Candidate to Onboarding and hire with a Position ID
5. Enter the required data in the appropriate sections - always include Column L as Yes (this generates fake data)
6. Close the workbook and run the second prepare!
