Robotics - RCM/ONB - Initiate ONB (#5)

Within Recruiting - ensure that any data required to map from RCM to ONB has been completed (Offer details, start date etc)
Move candidate into the applicant pipeline step where ONB can be initiated

Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so) (Robotics - Prepare Workbook)
Open the workbook and navigate to the Candidate Config Sheet, which is divided into two sections:
**Left-hand side (LHS): **Use this section if you want to Initiate Onboarding from a Req and then execute NHDR
**Right-hand side (RHS): **Use this section if you want to Add a Candidate to Onboarding and hire with a Position ID
Enter the required data in the appropriate sections - include Column L as Yes (only if you need to generate fake data).

• Use Column L = Yes when you want the system to generate fake NHDR data for testing.

• The fake data will not match the candidate or requisition.

• Mapped fields from RCM → ONB (like address & phone) will first appear with the real candidate data in ONB and EC.

• If you use the fake NHDR data via the Bot, it will overwrite those real mapped values.

• To keep testing clean, update the NHDR name (and any key fields) so it matches your real candidate before completing NHDR.** **

Left Hand Side (Initiate ONB from Req)

Close the workbook and run the second prepare
