Creating a Requisition directly within RCM

There are 2 ways to prepare the data.

Manual (all data entered by tester)

1. Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so) (Robotics - Prepare Workbook)
2. Once completed, go to the Job Requisition Tab
3. Navigate to the relevant template that you would like to create
4. Enter all data. At minimum, all mandatory fields (those marked TRUE)

Partial automation (random data generated by CodeBot)

1. Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so) (Robotics - Prepare Workbook)
2. Once completed, go to the Robotics Config tab
3. Enter the number of reqs you wish to generate data for, and which templates
4. Navigate to the relevant template that you would like to create
5. Enter all data. At minimum, all mandatory fields (those marked TRUE)

1. Set the last 3 columns to the right template, req number and status
2. STOP! If you use Manage Job Families & Roles to create requisitions, please ensure that you fill out the data in the Robotics Config tab
3. Go back into CodeBot and select Start Automation and option 1 - Job Requisitions
4. Under Job Requisitions, choose the Job Requisitions selection then confirm & start
