Creating a Requisition directly within RCM

If you are creating a new requisition, directly in Recruiting.

There are 2 ways to prepare the data.

Manual (all data entered by tester)

1. Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so)
2. Once completed, go to the Job Requisition Tab
3. Navigate to the relevant template that you would like to create
4. Enter all data. At minimum, all mandatory fields (those marked TRUE)

Partial automation (random data generated by CodeBot)

1. Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so)
2. Once completed, go to the Robotics Config tab
3. Enter the number of reqs you wish to generate data for, and which templates
4. Navigate to the relevant template that you would like to create
5. Enter all data. At minimum, all mandatory fields (those marked TRUE)

1. Set the last 3 columns to the right template, req number and status
2. Go back into CodeBot and select Start Automation and option 1 - Job Requisitions
3. Under Job Requisitions, choose the Job Requisitions selection then confirm & start
