Robotics - RCM - Create Req from Position (#1)

Reminder

• Run or use your most recent RCM workbook to create a new Robotics Recruiting Iteration (Robotics - Prepare Workbook)
• Prepare sheet and select Recruiting Robotics - this brings in your configuration, to the robotics to sheet

Pre-create your positions and ensure they meet your environment eligibility for req creation (i.e. if To Be Hired = yes to create a req or similar).

Please note, if you are trying to trigger specific requisition templates for your environment, ensure that your position is set up with the data specific to your environment and based on your configuration/rules.

The sample data column and the req data will show data in the required bot format. These generally follow:

• If the field is an object, enter the Label(Code)
• If the field is a picklist, enter the Label
• For fields that accept only codes, this is clearly indicated in the workbook.

1. Open your workbook after the initial prepare sheet is completed, and go to the Position to Requisition Tab
2. Enter the relevant data then complete columns M & N
3. In the Robotics config sheet, complete columns F

1. Go back into CodeBot and select Request Reprocess, and then Prepare Data and option 3 - Prepare Requisition Data
2. Once completed, open the sheet and locate your requisition data (find the relevant job req template section). Change/update any relevant data.
3. Scroll to the end (far right) and complete the relevant data for your templates
4. Go to CodeBot and select Request Reprocess. Then Start Automation and select Job Requisitions - Position to Requisition
