Additional Notes for Testing

External Candidates Only:

The bot creates and processes external candidates exclusively. It does not create or act on internal candidates.

Country‑Specific Application Data:

If you are testing application fields that vary by country, make sure the correct Country is selected on the candidate profile. This ensures the appropriate fields flow into the application during creation.

Resume / Attachment Fields:

For any resume or attachment fields in the workbook, you can simply enter any text. The bot does not require an actual file for these fields during testing

Candidate Profile Dummy Data - download pre-generated dummy data for 20 candidates to jumpstart your process. Make sure you edit any data to fit your configuration.

Open your prepared Robotics workbook
Go to the candidate profile tab and fill in all fields that are Required = True, along with any other fields you require. Candidate ID can be left blank and will be populated after the profile is created S
Set Row 2 to Pending
Go to CodeBot and select Start Automation and Option 2 - Candidates
