- Once completed, open the sheet and go to the Robotics Config Tab
- Scroll to columns O & P
- Enter the req ID in Column O that you wish to copy, and how many copies you'd like up to 20, in Column P

- Go back into CodeBot and select Request Reprocess, and then Prepare Data and option 3 - Prepare Requisition Data

- Once completed, open the sheet and locate your requisition data (find the relevant job req template section). Change/update any relevant data. **Note The fields below in green need to be completed prior to creating the req. This should be the initiator of the req. This has been highlighted in the image below for visibility purposes and is not green in the workbook. **
- Make sure the users you enter have the correct system access.
The users listed must be able to perform the actions required in the process. The Codebot user you use to trigger the automation must also have permission to proxy as those users.
- OnBehalfOf: This is the user the bot will proxy as when creating the requisition (usually the Hiring Manager or HR Generalist/Manager).
- Hiring Manager, HR Manager, Recruiter (based on your configuration): If any of these roles are involved in approvals or route maps, confirm their access is set up correctly.
A simple way to verify access:
Try manually completing the same scenario by proxying as each user and creating a requisition.
If you can do it manually using those users, the bot will be able to do it as well.
- Scroll to the end (far right) and complete the relevant data for your templates

- Go to CodeBot and select Request Reprocess. Then Start Automation
- Under Job Requisitions, choose the Job Requisitions selection then confirm & start
