Robotics - RCM - Candidate Application (#4)

Important Items to Note:


Multiple Application Templates:

If your system uses more than one application template, make sure you are entering the correct application data for the requisition template you’re testing.

Multiple Applicant Status Sets:

The bot only pulls statuses from the default status set.

If your requisition uses a different status set, check your system and enter the correct statuses in the workbook for candidate movement.

Existing External Candidates:

If an external candidate already exists in the system, they can still be applied to a new requisition.

Country‑Specific Application Data:

When testing country‑specific fields, ensure the correct Country is selected on the candidate profile so the right application fields appear.

Onboarding Considerations:

If you plan to initiate onboarding, manually move the candidate to the required status and complete all mandatory RCM → ONB fields according to your configuration (e.g., offer details, offer approval, required fields)



The sample data column will show data in the required bot format. These generally follow:

  • If the field is an object, enter the Label(Code)
  • If the field is a picklist, enter the Label
  • For fields that accept only codes, this is clearly indicated in the workbook.


  1. Open your prepared Robotics workbook
  2. Go to the Job Applications tab
  3. Ensure that you are using the relevant application template for the requisition template and then complete all required data. If there is country specific data, enter the relevant data for those fields as well.
  4. Scroll to the far right, and fill out the data in columns AE, AF & AG - these advise which status' the bot should move the candidates into
  5. If you have added questions into the requisition, enter those questions/answers into columns AI-AL
  6. Complete columns AN-AP
  7. Go to CodeBot and select Start Automation then #3 Applications
