Robotics - ONB - New Hire Data Review (NHDR) (#2)

1. Initialize a New Iteration

• Create a new iteration in Codebot.
• Run the initial (standard) prepare process.

2. Update Candidate Configuration Sheet

• Open the configuration workbook.
• Navigate to the Candidate Config sheet.
• Enter the required data in all relevant sections as below.

 Use Column L = Yes when you want the system to generate fake NHDR data for testing.

• The fake data will not match the candidate or requisition.

• Mapped fields from RCM → ONB (like address & phone) will first appear with the real candidate data in ONB and EC.

• If you use the fake NHDR data via the Bot, it will overwrite those real mapped values.

• To keep testing clean, update the NHDR name (and any key fields) so it matches your real candidate before completing NHDR.** **

Close the workbook and run the second prepare

3. Execute and Review NHDR Data

• Once execution is complete:
• Open the workbook again.
• Navigate to the NHDR sheet.
• Carefully review the populated data.

4. Make Necessary Updates

• Add or update any missing or incorrect data in the NHDR sheet.
• If you need the data to match what came from RCM, ensure that you update the name and other fields (address, phone etc). If you are testing a specific country configuration, ensure the country of the address is accurate.
• Ensure all entries meet the expected format and requirements.
• Ensure all TRUE fields are filled out.

5. Update Status

• After completing all updates:
• Set the status to “Pending” at the top of the corresponding column.

6. Run Automation in Codebot

• Return to Codebot.
• Trigger/Execute the automation process.

7. Final Verification

• Once automation is completed:
• Log in to your SuccessFactors instance.
• Verify that all data has been correctly processed and reflected.
