Robotics - ONB - New Hire Data Review (NHDR) (#2)

1. Initialize a New Iteration

• Create a new iteration in Codebot.
• Run the initial (standard) prepare process.

2. Update Candidate Configuration Sheet

• Open the configuration workbook.
• Navigate to the Candidate Config sheet.
• Enter the required data in all relevant sections as below.
• Ensure you've set column L to Yes, so that the bot generates candidate data.

3. Execute and Review NHDR Data

• After completing the configuration, allow the execution process to run.
• Once execution is complete:
• Open the workbook again.
• Navigate to the NHDR sheet.
• Carefully review the populated data.

4. Make Necessary Updates

• Add or update any missing or incorrect data in the NHDR sheet.
• Ensure all entries meet the expected format and requirements.
• Ensure all TRUE fields are filled out.

5. Update Status

• After completing all updates:
• Set the status to “Pending” at the top of the corresponding column.

6. Run Automation in Codebot

• Return to Codebot.
• Trigger/Execute the automation process.

7. Final Verification

• Once automation is completed:
• Log in to your SuccessFactors instance.
• Verify that all data has been correctly processed and reflected.
