The Candidate Review is the second step in the Robotics Onboarding process and begins once the NHDR (New Hire Data Record) step has been successfully completed.

This step focuses on reviewing and validating the candidate’s personal information to ensure accuracy before proceeding further in the onboarding workflow.

Review the candidate’s personal data carefully for completeness and correctness.

3. Auto-Populated Links

The following links are automatically generated and added to the sheet after NHDR completion:

1. Candidate Login URL
2. Candidate Password Reset Link
3. Complete Required Fields
4. Fill in all mandatory fields.
5. Ensure data is entered in the correct format as specified.
6. Update Processing Status
7. Set the processing status to Pending once all required fields are completed.
8. Run Automatio
9. Navigate back to CodeBot.
10. Execute the Candidate Review automation to proceed with the process.
