Robotics - ONB - Add to Onboarding (direct) (#1)

Candidate config tab & hire to onboarding tab. If done individually it will be 2 steps

Step 1: Connect and Prepare the Workbook

1. Create your new Iteration & prepare sheet (if not already done so) (Robotics - Prepare Workbook)
2. Once the process is complete, open the workbook.

Purpose of the Initial Prepare

The initial prepare step configures your workbook using the settings and structure from the connected workbook.

Step 2: Configure Candidate Data

1. Open the workbook and navigate to the Candidate Config Sheet, which is divided into two sections:
2. **Left-hand side (LHS): **Use this section if you want to Initiate Onboarding from a Req and then execute NHDR
3. **Right-hand side (RHS): **Use this section if you want to Add a Candidate to Onboarding and hire with a Position ID
4. In Column K (Position ID), enter the valid position number.
5. Set Generate Fake Data to Yes.
6. Close the workbook.

Step 3: Prepare Candidate Data

1. Return to Codebot.
2. Under the hamburger menu, **select **Prepare Workbook.
3. This time, check Prepare Candidate Data and run the process.
4. Once complete, open the workbook.

You will now see configuration data in the HTO worksheet that was fetched and extracted from the specified position.

Step 4: Verify and Run Automation

1. Review the extracted data and make any necessary updates or corrections.
2. Set the Status to Pending on the same row.
3. Close the workbook.
4. Run the HTO automation
