Web Release


User Keys: SmartRecruiters Support and New Key Type Selector


The Add/Edit User Key screen has been updated to use radio buttons instead of the Is For IAS dropdown, allowing you to select the appropriate key type directly: IAS, S-User, or SmartRecruiter.


  1. SmartRecruiter Key Support


SmartRecruiter keys are now supported. When SmartRecruiter is selected, the form displays User ID/Username and Instance fields.


  1. Key Type-Specific Fields


The form dynamically displays the fields relevant to the selected key type:


  • IAS: User and IAS URL
  • S-User: S-User ID/Universal ID and Email
  • SmartRecruiter: User ID/Username and Instance


  1. Existing Keys


Existing keys remain unchanged and retain their current key type. When editing an existing key, the corresponding key type is automatically selected.


  1. Type-Specific Field Handling


Switching between key types clears the fields associated with the previously selected type, preventing values from one key type from being saved under another.



New Modules:


Import/Export Data PM/GM


CodeBot now supports Import/Export Data PM/GM. This module allows you to import the Performance Goals, as well as Development Goals, including "Give Feedback" feature, and adding new "Activities and Meeting Note" for specified users.


Enhancements:


LMS


Two new worksheets have been introduced to the LMS workbook.


  1. Surveys


Surveys in LMS are used to collect feedback and opinions from learners about courses, instructors, training experiences, or other LMS activities. They help administrators evaluate learner satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.


  1. User Settings


The User Settings worksheet is used to configure system-wide settings related to user accounts, security, learning preferences, notifications, and other user-related behaviors.



SmartRecruiters


Four new worksheets have been introduced to the SmartRecruiter workbook:


  1. Global Notification: is used for notification settings for all users
  2. Access Groups: is used for the permission that are given to the access group level.
  3. Application Experience: contains the fields that appear on the application.
  4. Forms: these are the forms used on applications.



Compare Summary


In the Compare Summary tab, we summarize the comparison process by showing the changed values between the Targeted and Source sheets.


The Compare Summary worksheet has been introduced to the workbooks of the following modules:

Onboarding


A new column, Business Rule(s) Type, has been added to the Configuration worksheet. This column allows you to further filter the results based on the Business Rule Type, helping to exclude unnecessary data and keep the workbook focused on the required information.




Note: This enhancement is common across Employee Central, Compensation and Variable Pay modules.


Data Scrambling


  • A new worksheet, Recruiting Report, has been added to the Data Scrambling workbook. This worksheet will store results of updates for recruiting fields.





  • A new section has been introduced to the Scramble Entities worksheet.




Translations Compensation


A new column, Sub Label/Column Name, has been introduced in the Design Worksheet Trans worksheet. Previously, Enable Help Text and Custom Validation were included within the Label/Column Name column. These fields have now been separated into dedicated columns to provide clearer organization and make it easier to configure each setting independently.



Recruiting Management


A new column, Country/Region, has been added to the RCM workbook. The values in this column will be two character country codes which will specify country/region of specified offer Letter.



Robotics Recruiting


Two new columns have been added to the Robotics Config worksheet within the Robotics Recruiting module.



  • A new worksheet, Offer Approval, has been introduced to the Robotics Recruiting workbook.
