Enhancements:

SmartRecruiters

Five new worksheets have been introduced to the SmartRecruiters workbook:

1. Delegated Scheduling: It is used to create deletgated scheduling. 
2. SuccessFactors Integration Hub : It is used for SuccessFactors Integration Hub configuration.
3. Salary Transparency: This worksheet is used to create Salary Transparency criteria.  
4. Scorecard Criteria Library : A new worksheet for managing scorecard criteria.
5. Applicant Data Transfer: It is used for applicant data transfer configuration.

Impact Analysis Recruiting  

Three new worksheets have been introduced to the Impact Analysis Recruiting workbook.

Job Profile Builder

• A new column, Calculated Rating, has been added to the Family worksheet.

• A new section, Mapped Certificates, has been added to the Roles screen.
