Web Release


Manage Documents


Bulk Delete Documents


Users can now select and delete multiple documents at once from the Manage Documents page.


How it works:


  1. A checkbox column has been added to the documents table.
  2. Use the Select All checkbox in the table header to manage selection:
  • First click → selects all documents on the current page only.
  • Second click (when some documents are selected) → selects all documents across every page (based on the current filters).
  • Third click (when everything is selected) → clears the entire selection.
  1. Individual documents can also be selected or deselected using the checkbox on each row.
  2. The Delete Selected (N) button appears next to the Upload Document button as soon as one or more documents are selected. The number in parentheses shows how many documents are currently selected.
  3. Clicking Delete Selected opens a confirmation modal that displays the total number of documents that will be deleted.
  4. After confirmation, all selected documents are permanently deleted.
  5. Selection is cleared automatically when any filter (Company, Uploaded By, Module, Workspace, Iteration, or Search) is changed.




Multi-File Upload (up to 5 files)


The Upload Document feature now supports uploading multiple files in a single action.


Key points:


  1. Users can select and upload up to 5 files at a time.
  2. Each file must be 10 MB or smaller.
  3. Allowed file types:
  • txt, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, jpg, jpeg, png, xdp
  1. A live preview list is shown after files are selected:
  • Valid files appear in green.
  • Invalid files (wrong type or over size limit) appear in red with a clear error message.
  1. The Upload button is disabled if any selected file has an error.
  2. If more than 5 files are selected, the user is notified and the selection is cleared.




Instance Type Level User Permissions


Admins can now assign permissions to users at the instance type level. This means a user can be given different permissions on different instances (instead of the same permissions everywhere).


Key capabilities:


  1. Permissions are managed per module action + instance type.
  2. The permission screen shows a matrix of actions across all available instances for the user.
  3. Each action can be enabled or disabled independently for every instance.
  4. Module-level checkbox – quickly enable/disable all actions belonging to a module (across all instances).
  5. Instance column checkbox – quickly enable/disable every action for a specific instance.
  6. Quick selection buttons:
  • Select All – enables every permission.
  • Select (Recommended) – enables the recommended set of permissions.
  • Un-Select All – clears all permissions.
  1. Search and module filter make it easy to find specific actions.
  2. Modules can be collapsed / expanded for easier navigation.
  3. When the admin clicks Save All Instances, all permission changes for every instance are saved in a single action.
  4. A full-screen loading indicator is shown while the permissions are being saved.



Robotics UI Update


The UI of the Robotics Add/Edit page has been updated to simplify workspace and iteration selection. Previously, it was only allowed to selected connected iteration from same workspace of Robotics iteration.


  • Workspace: Select the workspace in which you want to create the Robotics iteration.
  • Connected Workspace Iteration(s): This dropdown displays all available iterations across workspaces, allowing you to select the relevant connected workspace iterations.




New Modules:


Translations SmartRecruiters


CodeBot now supports the Translations SmartRecruiters module, allowing users to translate job fields and their associated options into different languages. Job fields are the elements displayed on a job form, such as Location and Employment Type. Translation settings allow these fields and their available options to be displayed in the user's preferred language, making job forms easier to understand across different countries and regions.
These translations affect only how the job fields and their options are displayed; the underlying job information remains unchanged.

Compare Summary


In the Compare Summary tab, we summarize the comparison process by showing the changed values in the Targeted and Source sheets, along with the total number of objects and missing objects in each sheet.


The Comapre Summary worksheet has been introduced to the workbooks of the following modules:


  • Picklist 
  • LMS 
  • Import/Export Data COMP 
  • Import/Export Data LMS 
  • EC Payroll PTP 
  • Import/Export Data 
  • EC payroll security 
  • BTP security


Release Impact


The Configuration worksheet in the Release Impact module has been updated.


Customers can now use it for the 2H Release.


Translations Recruiting


  • A new column, Template ID, has been added to the Email Template worksheet.



  • A new worksheet, Offer Letter Template, has been introduced to the to the Translations Recruiting workbook.



LMS


A new worksheet, Reports, has been introduced within the LMS workbook. It shows the reports list of logged-in user.



Translations PM/GM


A new language, English (Debug), has been introduced to the Route Map worksheet within the Translations PM/GM workbook.


Deprecated Modules


The sheets in the following modules have now been deprecated:


  • Picklist
  • LMS 
  • Import/Export Data COMP 
  • Import/Export Data LMS 
  • EC Payroll PTP
