Web Release

We have Introduced a “Compare With” link to enhance execution comparison, making it easier to view the reference execution alongside your current one.

A dropdown has been introduced to select the number of iterations displayed per page, enhanced page tracking for easier navigation, and added the ability to sort iterations.

The SFSF Username field in the Robotics module is now editable. We have also separated the Robotics workspace from the Connected workspace, so all new iterations will be generated directly in the Robotics workspace moving forward.

New modules:

Translation LMS

CodeBot now supports Translation LMS. This module is designed to manage and streamline the translation of Learning Management System (LMS) content. It enables teams to review, update, and maintain multilingual learning materials.

Impact Analysis – Compensation

A new module Impact Analysis Compensation has been introduced. It allows you to compare compensation plans against one another, using a selected source plan as the baseline. It highlights differences in configuration helping you quickly identify inconsistencies or potential issues across multiple plans.

Impact Analysis – PM/GM

This module is used to compare Performance Management (PM) templates. You can select a source PM template and compare it with other templates to identify variations. It ensures consistency across templates and helps detect discrepancies.

Impact Analysis Time

CodeBot now supports Impact Analysis Time. This module uses Impact Analysis in Time Track and Time Off. It provides a clear, visual breakdown of dependencies, helping you quickly identify where a specific object is referenced or used before making any configuration changes.

This enhancement is common among the following modules that include MDF Objects:

EC analysis

A new worksheet added: Country Specific Summary (on beta). This sheet will fetch the data from EC HRIS Elements sheet. It then filters the objects which have only country specific data. It shows the object's fields and what countries contain these fields. It does that by marking an 'X' on a country column against a field record.

RBP REPORTS

A new worksheet, User as Columns, has been introduced to display the roles and groups assigned to the selected users. This sheet clearly outlines each permission type (view, edit, create, etc.) in a clean, structured layout to enhance readability and ensure easier analysis.

Two new columns— “Select Username 1” and “Select Username 2”—have been added. These fields allow users to input specific usernames, which will then be used to retrieve the corresponding user details for generating or linking permission data.

6 new worksheets have been added within the LMS workbook.

A new column, Processed, has been added in the User Roles worksheet. It contains a dropdown with Skip, Add and Delete options.

If Skip is selected, the object will not be automated or validated.
If Add is selected, the role will be created in the system.
If Delete is selected, the role will be removed from the system.

PM/GM

A new column, Default Plan, has been added to the *Templates Goal **worksheet. The *Default radio button marks this Goal Plan template as the system’s primary template that will be used by default for users unless another template is specifically assigned.

Recruiting Management

A new column, Template ID, has been added in Email Templates and Offer Letter Templates worksheet.

A new worksheet has been introduced:

Custom Cards

A flexible, personalized screen that can be created for the home page to display custom information, actions, or reminders.

We are supporting Reverse (fetching available cards), Automation (Customizing existing and creating new cards), & validation (Validating sheet data with instance data).
