Dependency Analyzer - New & Improved Design
- The name of Dependent Analyzer module has been updated to Dependency Analyzer.
- We’ve updated the layout and design of the Dependency Analyzer.
Key Updates:
- Iterations Dropdown: A new dropdown has been added. It shows all iterations of the Dependency Analyzer created across different workspaces in one single list for easy access.

- Status & Execution History: When you select an iteration from the dropdown, you can immediately see its current status (Ready to Go, Processing, Completed, etc.). A History button appears right next to the status — click it to view the complete execution history of that iteration.

- Gear Icon – Run Analysis Click the gear icon to execute an analysis. You now have two options:
- New Analysis
- Existing Analysis (runs on the currently selected iteration)

Search Execution Update
- We have added more filters to the Search Execution page, including Module, Module Action, and Module Screen. These new filters allow you to search and narrow down executions more effectively and with greater precision.

- Further we have added a show/hide column functionality, So the user can only see the columns he/she desired.

Auto Prepare Robotics
- Option for robotics modules has been moved to Add/Edit Iteration page.

Compare Iterations via Scheduling
- This feature has been improved. You can now select the workspace whose last execution you want to use for comparison. This gives you better flexibility to compare iterations across different workspaces easily.

Clone Iteration Enhancement
The Clone Iteration functionality has been improved.
You can now:
- Add or edit a Description for the cloned iteration
- Choose a Workspace from the dropdown to clone the iteration into (you can clone it in the same workspace or a different one)
This gives you more flexibility and better control when cloning iterations.

New Modules:
Migration Variable Pay
A new module Migration Variable Pay has been introduced. This module migrates the Variable Pay templates from a source instance to a target instance with greater efficiency and consistency. The migration process helps reduce manual configuration effort and minimizes the risk of missing or inconsistent settings during implementation.
Translations Talent Intelligence Hub
CodeBot now supports the translations of the Talent Intelligence Hub Fields. This module allows customers to manage and maintain multilingual translations for Talent Intelligence Hub fields more efficiently, helping ensure consistency of localized content across the platform.
Smart Recruiters
Smart Recruiters is now supported by CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors. The Smart Recruiters (an SAP company) is an AI-first talent acquisition and applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to help enterprises manage the entire hiring lifecycle. It allows companies to source, engage, hire, and onboard top talent while streamlining administrative workflows. Currently, CodeBot supports Reverse only for Smart Recruiters. However, the team is actively working on further enhancements and expanded support for additional functionalities in upcoming releases.
Enhancements:
Compensation and Variable Pay
The Design Worksheet Permissions screen has been updated for both Compensation and Variable Pay modules
- The permissions worksheet has been redesigned to provide a cleaner and more structured experience.
- Permissions are now displayed in a horizontal layout, similar to the Role-Based Permissions (RBP) permission structure.
- The last columns has been removed.
- Starting after Column F, additional columns will now be generated dynamically based on the configuration.

Onboarding
A new section has been added to the Email Templates worksheet. It will fetch the data of Explicit Recipient Builder in rows instead of appending all values in the column. If any of 3 fields (To, CC, BCC) has child option of Explicit Recipient Builder, the bot will fetch the data in the new section.

LMS
The Config sheet has been added to the LMS workbook. LMS item filters help users quickly find and manage learning content by narrowing results based on specific criteria. Common filters include item type, status (active/completed), item id and difficulty level. These filters improve user experience, save time while manage large amounts of data available in the system.

Robotics Onboarding
The sheet name has been updated from Additional Task to Additional Data.

Data Cloning and Data Scrambling
- A new worksheet, Data, has been introduced to the Data Cloning and Data Scrambling workbooks.
- A new value, Random from Data, has been added in the Scramble Config sheet under the Scrambled? column.
In the Data sheet, we have two columns: First Name and Last Name, where you will provide the data. The Random From Data value **in the dropdown has been added in the Scramble Config**. Selecting this option will automatically populate random values from the provided data on the instance.

Release impact
The Config sheet for the Release Impact module has been updated.
Deprecated Modules
The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:
- Compensation
- Variable Pay
- Data cloning
- Data Scrambling
- Onboarding
- Rob Onboarding
- LMS
