Retrigger Functionality Enhancements

• The Retrigger feature has been further improved with additional security layers, ensuring safer and more reliable execution than ever before.

New Modules:

We’re expanding CodeBot’s capabilities with the launch of a new module.

Impact Analysis Reports

CodeBot now supports Impact Analysis Reports. This module processes the selected columns from SuccessFactors Ad Hoc Reports, classifies each field into HRIS, HRIS Country‑Specific, or MDF, and validates them against the Employee Central configuration workbook. It ensures complete end‑to‑end mapping by checking the presence of each field in the EC HRIS/MDF sheets, visually highlighting matches inside the Google Sheets workbook, and generating a detailed mapping sheet for audit and documentation.

Enhancements:

CDP

The sheet name is updated from Development Plan Prov to Development Plan XML. Previously, the data was fetched from PROV, but the source has now been updated and the data is being retrieved directly from the instance.

Variable Pay

A new section has been added to the design worksheet tab.

PM/GM

• The sheet name is updated from Templates Goal Prov to Templates Goal XML. Previously, the data was fetched from PROV, but the source has now been updated and the data is being retrieved directly from the instance.

• Two new columns have been added in the PM Permissions worksheet:

1. Required - Fields Minimum Value
2. Required - Fields Maximum Value

Onboarding

Three new columns have been added to the Documents Template worksheet:

• Process Document ID Locale 
• Signature Document ID Locale 
• Mapping Document ID Locale

The "Process Document ID Locale" column is added to the Document Templates sheet to retrieve data along with Locale from the instance.

Data Scrambling & Data Cloning:

• Now the Background Elements can be cloned & scrambled as well.

• A new report sheet “Background Elements Report” has been added.

RBP Reports:

Three new columns to be added in the Config sheet:

• Select User Name 3 
• Select User Name 4 
• Select User Name 5 

Previously 2 users were compared to eachother but now you can compare 5 users to eachother using the config sheet.

Compensation:

• Five new sections have been added to the Settings worksheet. Variable Pay Set Bonus Calculation in SAP is the process of calculating performance-based bonus payouts for employees using predefined target bonus, performance ratings, and eligibility rules. The system applies business logic such as proration, weightages, and performance multipliers to determine the final bonus amount for payout.        

Integration Center

4 new columns have been introduced to the Configure Fields worksheet:

• Child Entity Name 
• Child Entity Label
• Format 
• Field Description 

Earlier Config fields just supported CSV format for the fields. Now the other hand Config fields supports all formats.

Time type

A new column Requesting with Absence Day Classification **has been introduced to the **Time Type worksheet. This enhancement applies across the following modules:

• Time Off
• Time Sheet
• Time Track

This column is used to request leave while automatically applying the relevant absence day classification. It ensures that the absence is correctly categorized and processed based on predefined rules in the system.
