Web Release
Clone iteration
We have Introduced a new "Add New Workspace" option that allows users to clone an iteration and create it directly in a new workspace.
Cross-Workspace Comparison
The cross-workspace comparison feature allow users to compare an iteration with iterations from other workspaces for the same module, making it easier to analyze differences and track progress across workspaces.
Added SharePoint Configuration Management
A new SharePoint Configuration tab has been added under the Company Settings page, allowing users to save and manage their SharePoint settings.
The configuration form includes the following fields:
- Tenant ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- SharePoint Site Name (optional)
Users can update their existing SharePoint configuration by entering the new details and saving the form. The updated configuration will automatically override the previously saved settings.
Added SharePoint Sync Option for O365 Executions/Iterations
A new "Sync to SharePoint" checkbox has been introduced for O365 executions and iterations. Users can now enable SharePoint synchronization while scheduling an iteration or using the "Schedule for Later" option, allowing worksheets to be synced directly to their own SharePoint.
ECP Execution Updates – SAP NetWeaver Instance Management Enhancement
The SAP NetWeaver instance handling has been updated to support scenarios where the same Instance ID exists across environments.
Previously, the system allowed only one instance ID per company, preventing users from adding the same instance ID multiple times. To resolve this limitation, Instance Type has now been merged with Instance ID during instance creation.
Users can now add the same Instance ID for different instance types, such as:
- Development
- Testing
- Staging
- Production
This enhancement also allows users to configure multiple instances with the same Instance ID while maintaining different instance types for better environment management.
New Modules:
Migration Adhoc Report
CodeBot now supports Migration Adhoc Report. This Module migrates Story type reports from one instance to another instance.

EC Payroll Security
Three new columns have been added to the User Roles worksheet of the EC Payroll Security workbook.

Impact analysis EC
Two new columns have been added to the workflow dependency worksheet of the Impact analysis EC workbook.
- Dynamic Roles
- Dynamic Groups
During the analysis process, CodeBot will review the Connected Workbook and extract the Dynamic Roles and Dynamic Groups configured for each workflow.
Smart Recruiter
- A new column, Specific Country, has been added to the Hiring Process Steps worksheet.
- 11 new worksheets have been introduced to the Smart Recruiter workbook:
- Rejection & withdrawal reasons
- Global compliance
- Email domain notification
- Screening Questions
- Question Library
- Community Question Sets
- Control and Settings
- Interview Types
- Location Management
- Auto Reply
- Custom candidate sources
The above new worksheets have been added to give the user more control over the instance. The bot can now run the Questions Library, Interview Types, Location Management and much more.
- CodeBot now supports the Compare functionality for the SmartRecruiter module, enabling customers to identify and review configuration differences between environments more efficiently.
- Currently, Automation is supported for the following five worksheets:

Recruiting Management
The new Enum section has been introduced to the following worksheets of the RCM workbook:
- Requisitions
- Applications
- Offer Details
- Candidate Profile
CodeBot now supports field enums as separate section, now we need to add data in this section to update/add enums in any field.
Translations Compensation
The name of a column has been updated within the Plan Instruction Trans worksheet
Release Impact
The Config sheet for the Release Impact module has been updated.
Impact Analysis Integration EC and REC
Several new columns have been added to the INT End Point Details worksheet of the Impact Analysis Integration EC and RCM modules.
