Web Release


Updated Automation Modal Layout


The Automation modal has been redesigned to provide a more user-friendly experience. The updated interface features a two-column layout that clearly separates system information, authentication settings, and advanced configuration options, making the workflow easier to navigate.


Key instance details are now grouped within a dedicated System Information section, allowing users to quickly verify their configuration before starting an execution. Authentication fields have been reorganized with improved spacing, enhanced visibility controls, and support for conditional inputs, resulting in a more streamlined login experience.


Additionally, Advanced Options are presented in a separate panel, making it easier to configure optional settings. Overall, the redesigned layout improves readability, simplifies the execution process, and enhances the overall user experience when initiating automation workflows.


New Modules:


Manage Home Page


CodeBot now supports Manage Home Page module. This module enables administrators to configure and customize the application's home page by managing its layout, content, widgets, announcements, and navigation elements, ensuring an optimized user experience for different user groups.


Enhancements:


Employee profile and People Profile 


A new column, Card Layout Type, has been added to the Full Profile worksheet within the Employee Profile and People Profile modules. This column defines the layout format used to display a card in the Full Profile.



Recruiting Management


A new column, Attribute Type, has been added into the Requisitions worksheet.



Smart Recruiter


The following enhancements have been implemented in the SmartRecruiters module.


New Columns Added


  1. Three new columns (G, AO, and AQ) have been added to the Hiring Process Workflow worksheet.


New Sections Added


  1. A new section has been added to the New Clause worksheet.
  2. A new section has been added to the Communication Template worksheet.
  3. A new section has been added to the Offer Templates worksheet.
  4. A new section has been added to the Screening Questions worksheet.
  5. A new section has been added to the Hiring Process Steps worksheet, along with four new columns, including a Separator column.
  6. A new section has been added to the Auto Reply worksheet, along with four new columns, including a Separator column.
  7. A new section has been added to the Offer Approvals worksheet.


Columns Removed


  1. Seven columns have been removed from the Communication Template worksheet.
  2. Seven columns have been removed from the Offer Templates worksheet.
  3. Six columns have been removed from the first section of the Screening Questions worksheet.
  4. Seven columns have been removed from the Hiring Process Steps worksheet.
  5. Three columns have been removed from the Auto Reply worksheet.
  6. Obsolete columns have been removed from the Offer Approvals worksheet.


  • The name of the Roles worksheet has been updated to System Roles in the Smart Recruiter module.


Talent Inteliigence Hub


Two new sections have been added into the Attributes worksheet within the TIH module.



Integration Center


  • A new column, Authentication Type, has been introduced to the Integration Source worksheet. This specifies the authentication method used to connect to the source system.




  • A new column, Exclude Empty Files, has been introduced to the Integration Destination worksheet. It determines whether empty output files should be excluded from the integration destination.



Translations RCM


A new language, English DEBUG, has been introduced to all the worksheets of the Translations RCM workbook, except, Text Replacement.



LMS


A new worksheet, Security Domain Groups, has been introduced to the LMS workbook. A Security Domain Group is a collection of security domains used to organize and manage user access permissions across multiple security domains in SAP Learning Management System (LMS).




Employee Central


Two new columns have been added to the Config sheet of the Employee Central module.

The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:
