Web Release

CodeBot now supports automatic preparation of Robotics workbooks. When generating workbooks for modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Recruiting, and Time Off, you can simply select the Prepare Robotics checkbox. This will automatically generate both the Robotic and Connected sheets and prepare the Robotics workbook within the same workspace eliminating the need for manual setup and streamlining the automation process.

• The name of the EC Analysis module has been changed to the Impact Analysis EC.

• The name of the Integration Dependency module has been changed to Impact Analysis Integration.

Enhancements

Compensation and Variable Pay:

A new column, Processing Template Type, is introduced to the Statement Templates worksheet within the Compensation & Variable Pay workbooks. This column describes the types of templates supported by SAP. Previously, only the Personal Compensation Plan type was supported. With the introduction of this column, all template types supported by SAP are now available. This enhancement applies to both Compensation and Variable Pay templates, and the column has been added to both modules accordingly

EC Benefits

Three new columns have been added to the Insurance Plan worksheet:

• Coverage/Start Date
• Enrollment For/Start Date
• Employee contribution pay component

Three new columns have been introduced to the Insurance Rate Chart:

• Processing Effective Date
• Employee and Dependents/Effective Date
• Dependents Only/Effective Date

To support multiple records within a single object based on effective dates, an Effective Date column has been added to each section. This allows each record within the object to be processed and handled accurately according to its specific effective date.

DRTM

Five new columns are added to the DRTM Objects worksheet:

• Processing DRTM Effective Start Date
• Legal Entity
• Legal Entity – Time
• Legal Entity – Active
• Legal Entity – Inactive

The names of two columns (columns C & D) have been updated.

Role Based Permissions

4 new columns have been introduced to the Grants To Target Data Access worksheet:

• Data Access Restricted/Other Period
• Data Access Field
• Data Access Field When
• Data Access Field When Period

• The name of Column V has been updated from Data Access Period to Data Access Period Type

Onboarding

A new column, Auto-Complete, has been introduced to the Onboarding Programs worksheet. The Auto-Complete checkbox automatically completes the task for the new hire when system-defined conditions are met, skipping manual completion.

Robotics RCM

Two new columns are added to the Config worksheet within the Robotics Recruiting workbook.

• Requisition ID
• Requisitions Count

Route Map

A new column, Active, has been introduced to the Route Map worksheet. This enhancement applies across the following modules:

• Recruiting
• Calibration
• CDP
• Compensation
• PM/GM
• Variable Pay

The Active checkbox enables or disables a route map for use in new workflows without impacting existing forms.

Three new languages have been introduced across selected screens in the following Translations modules:
