New modules:



Translations Manage Languages


A new module, Translations Manage Languages, has been introduced in CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors. Manage Languages in SAP SuccessFactors is an Admin Center module used to control and configure the system languages available in the instance. It allows Users to manage built-in locales, enable or disable specific languages, and maintain custom translations for UI labels and system text.

 

RCM Readiness Report: 


CodeBot now supports RCM Readiness Report, it is an assessment that evaluates how complex the current SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) setup is and how ready it is to migrate to SmartRecruiters. It analyzes recruiting workflows, requisition and configurations, custom fields, integrations, security roles, offers, reporting, and historical data. Based on these factors, it highlights migration risks, effort areas, and overall readiness to help plan a application smooth and predictable transition to SmartRecruiters.



Enhancements:


Robotics Onboarding:


The name of the Initiate Onboarding worksheet has been updated to New Hire Data Review sheet.


Robotics RCM:


In the Config sheet, the name of column (I) has been updated from Base Username to Candidate Email.



  • A new column, Country has been introduced to the Job Applications worksheet.



Req Admin:


The Req Admin worksheet is now hidden.


Route Map:


A new column, Hidden Until Rule Execution has been introduced. This enhancement is common among the following the following modules:


  1. Calibration
  2. CDP
  3. Recruiting
  4. Compensation
  5. Variable Pay
  6. PM/GM

 

Translations


  • Translation REC:


Three new languages, Crna Gora (Montenegrin), Македонски (Macedonian), Srpska ćirilica (Serbian Cyrillic), have been added to all the worksheets with the Translations Recruiting workbook.


  • Translations LMS:


Two new worksheets have been introduced to the LMS Workbook: 


  • LMS Config: 


LMS Config sheet allow the user to filter out the records based on filters given in sheet. 


  • System Labels Trans:


Label Translations in Learning Administration of SuccessFactors are used to change system text into different languages or organization-specific wording. They allow admins to rename buttons, fields, messages, and titles without changing system functionality. 


Their purpose is to provide localization and company-friendly terminology, making the system easier for users to understand while keeping the same process and behaviour. 



Email Notifications


Three new languages, Crna Gora (Montenegrin), **Македонски (Macedonian), **Srpska ćirilica (Serbian Cyrillic), have been added in Email Notifications worksheet, which is common in these translations modules:

  2. Trans COMP 
  3. Trans Variable Pay 
  4. Trans PM/GM 
  5. Trans ONB 

 


Employee Central


A new column, Internal Hire, has been added to the Trigger Rules worksheet within the EC module.

 

The name of column R has been updated to Publish/Promotion from Compensation Planning. 


Adhoc Report 


  • A new column, “Report Type,” has been added to the Share Reports worksheet in the Adhoc Report module.

This newly introduced column on the Share screen in Report Center identifies the type of report being shared — such as Table, Canvas, or Dashboard — providing better clarity and classification of reports.



  • A new column, “Include Starting from User,” has been added to the Adhoc Report screen in Report Center.


This column is a checkbox field that allows you to choose whether the report should start from the user. By selecting this option, the report will be generated starting from the user level; if left unchecked, it will follow the default starting point configuration.



Config UI 


  • A new worksheet, Rules, has been introduced to the ConfigUI workbook.


Configuration UI Rules in SuccessFactors are used to dynamically control field behaviour on a screen based on conditions. They can show, hide, make fields mandatory, read-only, or auto-populate values depending on user input. Their purpose is to guide users, enforce company policies, and prevent incorrect or incomplete data entry directly in the form, reducing errors and manual validation. 



Impact analysis RBP


Two new worksheets have been added to the Impact Analysis (RBP) workbook:


  •  Role History


This sheet captures the different versions of roles along with their respective modification dates. It provides visibility into role version changes over time, helping track updates and maintain audit clarity.


  • Role Users Count


This sheet displays the number of users assigned to each specified role. It helps you quickly identify how many users are currently associated with a particular role, supporting better impact assessment and decision-making.

Two new sections have been added in Manage Recruiting Settings worksheet.
