New modules:
LMS Scramble
A new module LMS Scramble has been introduced in CodeBot. It scrambles the emails for user in LMS, by user Id or all active/in active or by organization id.
Upgrade Center
CodeBot now supports Upgrade Center. In Upgrade Center, you can pull data of all the upgrades whether they are completed, partial completed or failed.
Enhancements:
Calibration
3 new columns have been added in the Manage Calibration Templates worksheet.
- Auto-activate sessions
- Set activation date
- Enforce session activation
These columns contain data related to automatic session activation.
- Auto-activate sessions - Enables/Disables the auto session activation feature.
- Set activation date - Sets the date on which the session will be activated.
- Enforce session activation chooses whether to force the session to be activated.
Compensation
We have made updates; some columns have been deleted from the Bonus Plan sheet of the Compensation module. Sheet pattern is revised to handle dynamic columns of weight section which were numbered fields e.g. 8002, 8003 which appear on creation of new compensation templates. These fields are now handled dynamically in a new section. Whenever a new field appears it will be handled by the bot and will be fetched in the sheet.
Impact Analysis RBP
2 new worksheets have been added to the Impact Analysis RBP workbook.

- Matched Role Details
The Data in the Matched Role Details sheet is fetched on the basis of the details provided in the Config sheet. You can also filter and modify the data in Matched Roles worksheet using the config sheet. Columns B – D works for the Matched Roles Details worksheet whereas the columns F – H are linked to the Matched Roles worksheet.
Onboarding
- A new row has been added to the ONB Settings screen (Enable Automatic Initiation for Onboarding).
- A new section has been added to the Custom Cards worksheet of the Onboarding module. We are now supporting rule-based scenarios and their content.
Audit Reports
A new worksheet, Workflow Groups, has been added to the Audit Report workbook.
Employee central
A new column, Document Generation Group, has been added to the Alert Message worksheet.
Import Export Data Compensation
5 new columns have been introduced.

DRTM
A new column, Purge Object Type, has been introduced to the DRTM Objects worksheet.
Integration Center
2 new worksheets have been introduced in the Integration Center workbook.
- Filter and Sort
The Filter and Sort worksheet is used to control which records are included in the integration and in what order they are processed or delivered. Its purpose is to ensure that only relevant data is sent, based on defined business criteria, rather than exporting all available records.
- Configure Fields
The Configure Fields worksheet is used to decide what information will be included in an integration and how that information should look when it is sent or received. It acts as the place where you define the content of the data exchange, ensuring only the required and relevant employee or business data is shared.
Picklist
3 worksheets have been deleted from the Picklist module:
- MDF Picklist Dependencies 1
- MDF Picklist Dependencies 2
- MDF Picklist Dependencies 3
These worksheets have now been moved to the Impact Analysis Picklist module.

4 new worksheets have been added to the Impact Analysis Picklist workbook:

Translations
- A new column, Template Name, has been added to the Email Notifications Tab. It selects the specific form template variant for which the email subject and body are customized for the notification.
- This enhancement is common among the Translations EC, Variable Pay, PM/GM, Onboarding and Compensation workbooks.
