Web Release



1. Simplified & Modernized Layout


  • The Iteration summary table has been removed from the top section to reduce visual clutter and improve focus.
  • The current execution title (e.g., Automation, Reverse, Validation) is now clearly displayed in the header.
  • All primary actions (Edit, Delete, Clone, Share, AI Chat) are consolidated in the page header for quick access.
  • Additional actions (Start Automation, Reverse, Validation, Stop Processing, etc.) are now available via the hamburger menu.
  • The sheet icon has been repositioned to the header alongside action controls.
  • History (clock icon) and Close actions are aligned on the far right for better accessibility and consistency.


2. Focused Execution View


  • The interface now displays only the current execution, removing the previous multi-collapsed layout.
  • This allows users to focus on active processes without unnecessary scrolling.
  • Past executions are no longer mixed into the main view.


3. Slide-Out Execution History Panel


  • Historical executions are now accessible via a right-side slide-out panel.
  • Open the panel by clicking the clock icon in the header.
  • Each execution expands in an accordion format, providing:
    • ITR details
    • Agent-specific tabs
    • Execution logs
  • This design keeps the main interface clean and uncluttered while improving navigation.


4. Live Steps Progress Tracking


  • A new left-side progress sidebar visually tracks execution stages in real time.
  • The workflow is divided into six clear steps: Initializing → Logging In → Bot Execution → Execution Completed → Updating Workbook → Process Completed
  • Each step includes a visual status indicator:
    • Green – Completed successfully
    • Blue – In progress
    • Red – Error encountered
    • Gray – Not yet started





5. Enhanced Image Viewer


  • Screenshots now open in a fullscreen viewer with a dark background for better visibility.
  • Supported features:
    • Zoom in/out
    • Click-and-drag panning
    • Download option
    • Keyboard navigation (arrow keys)
    • ESC to exit



6. Visual & Usability Enhancements


  • A prominent execution time bar is now displayed at the top for quick reference.
  • Color-coded status badges for faster recognition.
  • Agent tabs for streamlined access to logs, each Tracking Request ID is now under it's respective agent tab 
  • The history panel now uses an accordion structure for efficient browsing.



New Modules:


Configuration Transport Center


CodeBot now supports Configuration Transport Center. In SAP SuccessFactors, the Configuration Transport Center (CTC) is a tool that allows administrators to move configuration settings from one instance (such as test or staging) to another (such as production). It helps ensure consistency across environments, reduces manual effort, and minimizes errors by transporting changes in a controlled and structured way. 


Release impact


The Release Impact module is now live on production. This module will identify what effect the new SAP release will have on the system. All the eligible releases will be listed and any of those which would affect the client's system will tell that the system is impacted by this release and its reason. 




Enhancements:


Calibration


Two new columns have been added to the Manage Calibration Settings worksheet in CodeBot:


  1. Enable Session Creation for Direct and Matrix Managers


  • Controls whether managers can independently create calibration sessions. When enabled, both direct and matrix managers can initiate sessions; otherwise, this is restricted to specific roles.



  1. Exclude Contingent Workers from Session Creation


  • Determines whether contingent workers are included in calibration sessions. When enabled, contingent workers are excluded; when disabled, they can be included.

 



Onboarding


A new column, Show in App, has been added to the Custom Cards worksheet within the Onboarding module. This column serves as a visibility control, allowing you to determine whether a custom card should be displayed in the application.




Deprecated Modules


The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:

  2. Onboarding
