Notable changes have been introduced in the following modules:
Integration
We are excited to announce the completion of Integrations module. This module helps to specify which fields are connected to entities in a particular module and we currently offer support for the Employee Central module. We plan to add support for a couple more modules in the near future.
Recruiting Management
Manage Recruiting Groups
Support for Manage Recruiting Groups has now been added to our system.
Job Requisition
Ten new columns ‘Multi-Select’, ‘Candidate/Template’, ‘Candidate/Roles’, ‘Email’, ‘SMS’, ‘Minimum Posting Days’, ‘Minimum Internal Lead Days’, ‘Supported Languages’, ‘Default Listing Layout ID’, and ‘Reverse the Assessment Scale’ has been added to the Job Requisition worksheet.
Offer Details
The Offer Details worksheet has been reorganized and a great number of new fields have been added including ‘BG-Element Name, ‘BG-Element Description’, ‘BG-Element Instruction’, ‘BG-Element Maximum Entries’, BG-Element Scale ID’, ‘BG-Element Required’, ‘BG-Element Is Sensitive’, ‘Field Display Size - BG-Element’, ’ Field URL Link - BG-Element’, ’Field Hidden - BG-Element’, ’ Instruction Header For Internal Candidate’, ’Instruction Header For External Candidate’, ‘Operator Instruction Header’, ’Instruction Footer’, ’Instruction Footer For Internal Candidate’, ’Instruction Footer For External Candidate’, ’Operator Instruction Footer’, ’Field ID(s) - Permission’, ’BG-Element(s) - Permission’, ’Country/Region - Permission’, ’Type - Permission’, ’Sources - Permission’ and ’ Group Name – Permission’ .
We have identified bugs in the following modules:
EC Payroll
Pay Scale Structure Validation Issue
The Amount field did not validate as expected on Pay Scale Structure worksheet. The issue no longer poses any threat.
Onboarding 2.0
Central Orientation Meetings Automation Issue
The new objects could not be successfully inserted into the Central Orientation Meetings worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.
Equipment Category Automation Issue
The new objects could not be successfully inserted into the Equipment Category worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.
ONB Programs Automation Issue
An unexpected error was affecting the automation functionality on ONB Programs worksheet. The issue was promptly resolved.
Responsible Groups Automation Issue
The new objects could not be successfully inserted into the Responsible Groups worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.
