Web Release
We’ve made several improvements to enhance usability and navigation across CodeBot:
- Login Page
Layout has been updated
- The MFA OTP Field has been updated from a single text field to individual input blocks for better user experience.
- SSO page
Refreshed the layout for a cleaner and more intuitive design
- Forget Password
Improved the page layout for smoother interactions
- Workspace Page:
Pagination added for easier browsing through multiple workspaces.
- View Filter
We have Introduced a View Filter button to switch between List view and Grid view of the workspaces.
Note: The List View provides better visibility of a Workspace Name & Description.
- Iterations Pages:
Pagination has been added within the iteration page to improve performance and navigation.
- Now you can see the descriptions in Module Workspace pages as well.
New Modules:
Job Profile Builder
CodeBot now supports Job Profile Builder (JPB) — a module that helps organizations create, manage, and maintain consistent and structured job profiles across the company. With JPB, job descriptions, competencies, skills, and responsibilities are standardized and aligned with key talent management processes such as recruiting, performance, and learning.
This integration enables teams to access and leverage JPB directly through CodeBot, improving efficiency and ensuring consistency across HR workflows.
Audit Reports
CodeBot is now introducing a new module which will help clients to audit using Configuration Data Report. By using this module user can generate configuration reports of Role Based Permission, Proxy Assignment Change, Feature Settings Audit Report, SSO System Configuration Change, MDF Configuration Data, Job Schedular Requests, Locales and Customizations, Email Notifications, and Manage Support Access.
People Profile
CodeBot now supports SuccessFactors Latest People Profile. This new generation employee profile replaces the legacy version with a modern, card-based interface, configurable sections, and role-based views, making it easier for HR teams and employees to manage and update information seamlessly.
Translation variable Pay
A new module, Translations Variable Pay, has been introduced. This new module allows users to extract and review translation texts related to Variable Pay plans directly through CodeBot. It simplifies managing multilingual content by providing a single workbook to edit and synchronize translations across instances.
Enhancements:
EC analysis
3 new worksheets have been introduced:
- Objects Level Report
- Generates a report on entity objects fetched via OData API from two instances.
- Highlights whether an object exists in both instances.
- If the object exists in both, it indicates whether they are similar or different.
- Dependency Config
- Allows users to define filters for the data.
- Fetches filtered data through the OData API, ensuring more targeted and relevant results.
- Fields Level Report
- Provides a detailed comparison of fields within entity objects.
- Fetches field-level data via OData API from two instances.
- Generates a report showing similarities or differences between the fields of each entity object.
LMS
A new worksheet, User Roles, has been added. This allows the system to fetch user roles from Role Management, and Administrators can assign the available roles.
Impact Analysis Recruiting
- A new worksheet, Status Set Mapping, has been introduced. This worksheet generates a report of status sets used in requisition templates by fetching data directly from the Recruiting sheet.
- A new column, Destination Template Type, has been added to the Recruiting Templates worksheet. This column displays the name of the template sheet/type (e.g., Offer Details, Offer Letters, Email Templates). The bot now cross-checks requisition template fields against these templates and identifies the specific template type where each field is used, making it easier to trace field utilization across templates.

A new column, Processing Plan Type, has been introduced in the following worksheets of the Compensation module:

- Plan Details

- Guidelines Formula
- Forecast Bonus
- Bonus Plans
This column has been added to show each plan’s Plan Type.
Succession
- A new worksheet, Succession Data Model, has been introduced. This worksheet is used to define and manage the structure of employee data fields related to succession planning in SAP SuccessFactors.
- A new worksheet, CSF Succession Data Model, has been introduced. This worksheet pulls country-specific succession configurations from SAP SuccessFactors
Canvas Report
A new worksheet, Canvas Report, has been introduced in the Ad hoc Report module. It fetches most of the configurations defined in the reports, including Charts, Tables, Page, Properties, Fonts, and many more.
Employee Profile
3 new worksheets have been introduced within the Employee Profile workbook:
- Spotlight Screen: Captures the configuration of the Spotlight screen for employee profiles, allowing easy extraction and migration across instances.
- General Settings: Pulls the overall configuration settings that define how the Employee Profile is structured and displayed.
- Full Profile: Extracts the complete employee profile setup, enabling a comprehensive view.
Employee Central
A new section, Custom settings for form templates, has been introduced to the Email Notifications worksheet. It supports customization of email notification template using customize settings form for specific email notification template.
Note: Along with Employee Central, this enhancement (Custom settings for form templates section) is common among the following modules:
- PM/GM
- Compensation
- Variable Pay
Impact Analysis RBP
The Impact Analysis RBP module now supports selecting up to three destinations in the Role Differences screen.
This enhancement allows users to compare the source iteration with multiple destination iterations simultaneously, making it easier to identify role differences across various environments in a single run. This streamlines the analysis process and saves time by eliminating the need for separate comparisons.
