Notable changes have been introduced in the following modules:
Plan Details
A column 'Budget Rule Default Message' has been added to the Budget Rule section in the Plan Details worksheet.
Guidelines Formula
Six new columns have been added to the Guidelines Formula worksheet. These columns are labeled as 'job level', 'pay grade', 'budget group', 'custom-field 1', 'custom-field 2', and 'custom-field 3'.
RCM Config
A new filter has been added to the RCM Config worksheet. This new filter has been designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data collection from the Recruiting Management screen. It affects four worksheets: 'Applications', 'Requisitions', 'Candidate Profile', and 'Offer Details'. With this new filter, you now have three options to choose from:
1) Instance Only - This option automates data collection from the Recruiting Management screen and logs screenshots for your reference.
2) Attachment Only - This option automates data collection from the Recruiting Management screen and converts the data into an XML file, which can be easily downloaded for your convenience.
3) Instance Only + Attachment Only - This option combines the benefits of both the previous options by automating data collection, logging screenshots, and converting the data into an XML file that can be downloaded.
Time Off
Employee Time
Support for Employee Time has been added to our system and is now available for use.
Time Off Config
A new filter has been added to the Time Off Config worksheet that will greatly enhance the filtering capability of Employee Time data. With this filter, users can now extract data based on multiple metrics such as Company Code, Country, Time Type and Dates. This means that you will now have more flexibility and control when it comes to filtering and analyzing data. You can easily narrow down your search by selecting specific criteria, such as a particular company code or country, to get more accurate and relevant results.
Email Notifications
We have recently introduced Email Notifications worksheet to the Employee Central module.
Employee Profile
We have included a new worksheet "Trans EMP PROF Config" to the Employee Profile module which will greatly enhance your experience with filtering data for Background Elements, Standard Elements, Tab Elements, User Info and View Templates worksheets.
Message Definition
Support for Message Definition Translations has been added to Translation Employee Central and is now available for use.
Text Replacement
Support for Text Replacement has been added to our system and is now available for use in four modules: Translations Compensation, Translations Employee Central, Translations PMGM and Translations Recruiting Management.
Translations Succession
Support for Translation Succession has been added to our system through five worksheets. These worksheets include Background Elements, Matrix Grid, Matrix Grid Label, SOC Readiness Rating Scales, and Standard Elements.
