Enhancements:

The following new features and improvements have been introduced in CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors, aimed at enhancing usability, performance, and overall functionality.

Role Based Permissions (RBP)

Two new columns have been introduced in the Roles Grants to worksheet:

1. User Status:

It specifies whether the role applies to active, inactive, or all users in the system. It helps filter permissions based on the employee’s current employment status.

2. Exclude By:

This column defines criteria or conditions to exclude specific users or groups from a role assignment.

Compensation & Variable Pay

A new worksheet, Design Worksheet Permissions, has been added to the Compensation and Variable Pay workbooks.

The Design Worksheet Permissions tab is a newly introduced section that was previously part of the Design Worksheet but has now been separated into its own dedicated tab. This enhancement allows CodeBot to fetch and display permissions that are not editable or viewable directly from the front end, which were previously not supported. This update provides better visibility and control over design-level permissions, making workbook management more comprehensive and efficient.

Deprecated Modules

The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated.

1. Role Based Permissions
2. Compensation
3. Variable Pay
