Onboarding 2.0
Document Templates
A new column ‘Log Read Access’ has been added to the Document Templates worksheet.
Recruiting Management
Job Application
Ten new columns ‘Field Format’, ‘Attribute - Override permission’, ‘Applicant - Override permission’, ‘Category Name’, ‘Column Name’, ‘Column Label’, ‘Reopen’, ‘Forward as Applicant’, ‘Application / Template name’, and ‘Application - Template Desc’ has been added to the Job Application worksheet.
Time Off
Time Profile
Two new columns ‘Instructional Text For Time Off Employee Self-Service’ and ‘Available Time Type -> Is Copyable in Time Sheet UI’ has been added to the Time Profile worksheet.
We have identified bugs in the following modules:

Data Mapping Automation Issue
The ‘Recruiting Templates’ and ‘Recruiting Field’ columns did not automate as expected in the Data Mapping worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.
Email Templates Automation Issue
The ‘Reminder’ column did not automate as expected in the Email Templates worksheet. The issue has now been fixed.
Time Off
Work Schedule Optimization
The reverse and validation functionalities have been significantly updated to improve user experience on Work Schedule worksheet.
Role Based Permission
Roles Grant To Automation Issue
Some pools could not be updated on the system due to an unexpected popup. The issue has been resolved now.
RBP Group Permissions Reverse Optimization
The reverse capability has been greatly enhanced on RBP Group Permissions worksheet.
The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated:
