New Features:
Notable changes have been introduced in the following modules:
Employee Central
· Alert Message
Support for Alert Message has been added. Alert Message allows the user to configure all kinds of errors with greater ease based on their needs. This functionality is fetched from search dropdown field on Manage Data screen on SAP SuccessFactors and this data is organized in Alert Message worksheet on our system.
· MDF Fields Update
When you select Object Definition on search dropdown field on Configure Object Definitions screen on SAP SuccessFactors. What you immediately find is that some new property fields; API Visibility, MDF Version History, API Sub Version, Subject User Field, Workflow Routing, Object Category, Secured, RBP Subject User Field, Create Respects Target Criteria and Base Date Field For Blocking, have been introduced by SAP SuccessFactors. We have now added these fields in the MDF Object Fields worksheet.
· Workflow Groups
Support for Workflow Groups has been added. Workflow Groups can categorize users based on multiple factors – gender, ethnicity, nationality, key position, job level, pay grade etc. A consultant can either include or exclude certain users from a group. Workflow Groups has been fetched from Manage Workflow Groups screen on SAP SuccessFactors and this data is represented in Group Permissions worksheet on our system.
· Legacy Objects
Support for Legacy Objects has been added. Legacy Objects are fetched from Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures screen on SAP SuccessFactors. 9 Objects are selected from the search dropdown field and their data is categorized into multiple worksheets on the Bot – Dynamic Role, Frequency, Geo Zone, Location, Location Group, Pay Component, Pay ComponentGroup, Pay Grade and Pay Range.

BUG Fixes:
We have identified bugs in the following modules:
Employee Central
· MDF Objects Associations Dropdown Field Problem
One To Many Dropdown Field on Sap SuccessFactors was not opening or closing as it should. This was causing issue during the execution of automation on MDF Objects Associations worksheet. This issue has been fixed.
· Group Permission
Prior to this update, certain permissions were disturbing the automation functionality in Group Permission worksheet. This issue has been fixed.
· Workflow, CC Roles, Event Reasons, Contributor Optimization
The data processing capability in Workflow, CC Roles, Event Reasons, and Contributor worksheets has been greatly reinforced with this update.
Configuration UI
· Configuration UI Optimization
Data processing has been enhanced in Object Field, Object Link, Object Group and Object Reference worksheets. With this update, overall efficiency of Configuration UI module has been significantly improved.
PM/GM
· Translations Route Map Automation Optimization
Route Map was causing some lag during the execution of automation. Data efficiency is raised. With this update, Translations Route Map worksheet on PM/GM, no longer causes any trouble.
Recruiting Management
· Offer Detail Template Automation Issue
The automation was failing on addition of new template name in Offer Detail worksheet. Hence, data validation was malfunctioning as well. This issue has been resolved.
Succession
· Succession Talent Card Automation Issue
CheckBox Fields on Succession Talent Card screen on SAP SuccessFactors and Select Option Field on Succession Talent Card worksheet was automating incorrectly. The issues were detected and promptly fixed.
