Notable changes have been introduced in the following modules:
Employee Profile
We have included a new worksheet "EMP PROF Config" to the Employee Profile module which will greatly enhance your experience with filtering data for Background Elements, Standard Elements, Tab Elements, User Info and View Templates worksheets.
Picklist Management
We have included a new worksheet "MDF Picklists Config" to the Picklist Management module which will greatly enhance your experience with filtering data for MDF Picklists Base, MDF Picklists Data and MDF Picklist Dependencies worksheets.
Succession
We have included a new worksheet "SUC Config" to the Succession module which will greatly enhance your experience with filtering data for Background Elements and Standard Elements worksheets.
Robotics Employee Central
We have added a new worksheet "Default Approvers" to the Robotics Employee Central module. This worksheet will allow you to include a range of managers that can review and approve your user profile details. With this new feature, you can now have multiple managers involved in the approval process, ensuring a more efficient and thorough review of your user profile. This will also help to streamline the process and reduce any delays in getting your profile details approved.
Business Rules
We have recently added Business Rules worksheet to the compensation module.
Design Worksheet
We have added two new columns: "Help Text" and "Calculate Total" to the Form Group section. Additionally, we have also added three new sections called "Eligibility Fields", "Standard Validation Salary Rule" and "Standard Validation Force Comment Rule". The Eligibility Fields section includes twelve columns: Eligibility Fields / Plan Name, Eligibility Fields Name, Eligibility Fields Column Name, Eligibility Fields Column ID, Eligibility Fields is Auditable, Eligibility Fields Hide this column on the form, Eligibility Fields Reloadable, Eligibility Fields Exportable hidden column, Eligibility Fields EC Category, Eligibility Fields EC Component Name, Eligibility Fields EC Field and Eligibility Fields EC Field - Filter. The Standard Validation Salary Rule section includes seven columns: Standard Validation Salary Rule / Plan Name, Standard Validation Salary Rule Use For, Standard Validation Salary Rule Benchmark, Standard Validation Salary Rule Action Trigger, Standard Validation Salary Rule Action Taken When Exceed, Standard Validation Salary Rule Action Taken When Below and Standard Validation Salary Rule Threshold. Scheduled Jobs
We have added two new columns "Job Type" and "Job Owner" to the Scheduled Jobs worksheet.
Settings
We have added a new column "Enable Planner Audit" to the Settings section. Additionally, we have also added a new section called "Benchmark Coloring". This section includes six columns: Benchmark Coloring / Plan Name, Benchmark, Min (%), Max (%), Color and Label (Optional).
Addition of Business Rules
We have recently added the Business Rules worksheet to the variable pay module.
Grants To Target Data Access
We have included a new column "Include Access To Position" to the Grants To Target Data Access worksheet to support the Position Restricted Rules.
RBP Config
We have recently made some updates to our group filtration capability. We have added a new option called "Fetch External Onboarding Only" to the RBP Config worksheet. This new option will provide our users with the ability to filter their groups based on external onboarding only. This means that when this option is selected, only external onboarding data will be fetched for the groups, making it easier for you to manage and track your external onboarding processes.
