Release 18th October, 2025
18 Oct, 2025 Release
What's New on Site?
Welcome to SF CodeBot!
Web Release
- Search Executions
You can now select multiple values for both Instance(s) and Executed By fields, allowing you to filter multiple executions at once.
Previously, users could select only a single instance or executor — this update makes searching and analysis much faster and more comprehensive.
- Change Password Alerts
A new Password Change Alert feature has been added. This alert notifies users when their password is nearing expiry, prompting them to update it in time.
You can also view the date of your last password update, allowing you to track when a password change is due. If the defined limit is exceeded, an alert will appear reminding you to change your password before it expires.
Enhancements:
Following the recent SAP SuccessFactors release updates, several backend optimizations have been implemented to ensure seamless compatibility and improved system stability. These updates address performance consistency, and overall platform reliability, ensuring that CodeBot continues to function smoothly with the latest SAP release changes.
LMS
3 new worksheets have been introduced in the LMS module:
1. System Configuration
The System Configuration worksheet allows you to view and manage all configurations defined under “System Configuration.” You can now generate workbooks, review settings, and automate configurations—all from a single, unified sheet.
2. Global App Settings
The Global Application Settings worksheet enables you to update and manage global application fields directly, providing greater flexibility and ease of configuration.
3. Global App Mail Settings
The Global Application Mail Settings worksheet allows you to update and maintain global mail-related settings, ensuring consistent and efficient communication setup across the system.
Employee Profile
The Custom Filters worksheet has been updated for improved accuracy and efficiency. Several columns that were previously part of the Standard Elements sheet have been removed.
Going forward, new iterations will include only the fields and columns specific to custom_filters.
Older iterations or workbooks will still contain the removed columns; however, these fields will no longer be populated when using the Generate Workbook function.
Onboarding
Two new columns have been added in the Hire Rehire Configuration worksheet
- Enable Target Population for rehire on new employment
- Enable Target Population for rehire on old employment
Time OFF
- A new column, Time Account Balance Calculation Setting, has been introduced in the Time Account Type worksheet. This column was introduced after the SAP release to reflect the latest SF enhancements.
- A new column, MDF Effective Start Date, has been added to the Time Profile worksheet. This column was introduced after the SAP release to ensure alignment with the latest SF enhancements.
Along with Time Off, this enhancement (MDF Effective Start Date Column) is common among the following modules:
- Time Track
- Time Sheet
Integration dependency EC and RCM:
A new worksheet, config sheet, **has been introduced to the Integration Dependency EC & RCM workbooks. The **Config Filter provides a flexible way for end users to control how data is fetched from the instance, ensuring optimized performance and relevant results. Instead of overloading the sheet with all available data, users can define their desired data scope directly through the Config Sheet.
Available Filter Modes
- Fetch All
- Retrieves all available data from the instance.
- Use when a complete dataset is required.
- Fetch Only
- Fetches only those records that match the values provided in the filter sheet.
- Ideal for targeted data retrieval or testing specific cases. (recommended)
- Fetch, Except Those
- Fetches all records except the ones listed in the filter sheet.
- Useful when you need to exclude known or unwanted data entries.
Deprecated modules:
The sheets in the following modules have been deprecated.
- LMS
- Ad hoc Report
- Onboarding
- Time Track
- Time Sheet
- Time Off
- Integration Dependency EC
- Integration Dependency RCM
