Employee Central

1.       Two new columns — Modified By and Last Modified At — have been introduced in the CC Role, Contributors, and Workflow worksheets of the Employee Central module.

• Modified By identifies the user who last made changes.
• Last Modified At captures the exact timestamp of the most recent update.

2.       Pay Component

A new column, Legal Entity, has been added to the Pay Component worksheet. This column is essential for identifying the relevant country/region-specific pay components, ensuring accurate and compliant compensation configurations across different legal entities.

Time Track & Time Sheet

• Two new columns — Decision Rule and Calculation Rule — have been introduced in the Time Valuation worksheet. These fields become relevant when the Time Valuation type is set to Decision by Business Rule or Calculation by Business Rule, respectively. The appropriate rule must then be specified in the corresponding column to ensure proper time valuation logic.

• A new column, Reference Date, has been added in the Time Valuation Period worksheet.
   

Position Management

A new column, Person Type, has been added to the Mass Data Management worksheet. This column becomes applicable when the Target Type is set to Job Information.
 

Robotics – Employee Central

A new Config sheet has been added to facilitate the automation of employee data entry. This sheet is used to provide employee metadata, which defines the specific records for which data needs to be populated.
 

Robotics – Onboarding

In the Candidate Config sheet, two new columns have been introduced:

• Requisition ID
• Generate Fake Data

These columns enable the system to automatically populate Initiate Onboarding and Candidate Review data based on the selected requisition, streamlining the onboarding process.

Robotics – Recruiting (ROB REC)

A new sheet named Robotics Config has been added to support requisition data preparation. In this sheet, users select the Requisition Number and its corresponding Template. The provided data is then used for automation in both the Application and Candidate sheets, ensuring accurate and consistent data handling across the recruiting process.
 

 

Business Rules

The Business Rules worksheet, which is common across the EC, Compensation, Onboarding, Variable Pay, and Migration EC modules, has been enhanced with a new column, Permission Groups. This column identifies the groups associated with each business rule.

Variable Pay

A new column, Form Field Import Source, has been introduced to the Design worksheet screen. This column displays the value of the Import Source Field after updates, enhancing traceability of imported data fields.

EC Payroll

A new column, Short Descript., has been added to the Payroll Area worksheet. It provides a concise and readable label for each payroll time unit code.

Role-Based Permissions (RBP)

A new section has been added in the Permission Groups worksheet to support the Team View category under RBP Permission Group filters.

Note: This section currently supports Reverse only. Automation and Validation functionality will be available in the next Release.
 

Employee Central Analysis

A new worksheet, Business Rules Permission Groups, has been introduced. It lists the available permissions along with their associated rule names from the Business Rules worksheet.
