Impact Analysis Picklist

A new module Impact Analysis Picklist has been introduced in CodeBot.

This module compares picklist data across multiple instance sheets to identify differences in objects, including their active and inactive values. The Source columns are compared against destination columns, with results highlighting discrepancies and counts of matching records.

Picklist Summary: Displays differences in picklist objects between multiple instances with the variation in count.

Picklist Report: Compares the picklist objects and values from source against destination.

OM/PA

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new module, OM/PA (Organizational Management / Personnel Administration), within CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.

This module enables the extraction of Info types data, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Action Types, and Dynamic Actions directly from the SAP on-premise system through OData services. The extracted data is then securely exposed on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), allowing CodeBot to seamlessly access, process, and utilize this information.

With this capability, customers can leverage a more integrated and automated approach to handling OM and PA data, ensuring greater consistency across SuccessFactors and their on-premise SAP environments.

Translation Time off

The new Translations Time Off module in CodeBot streamlines the management and synchronization of multilingual content within the Time Off framework. It allows administrators to easily extract, review, and update translations for Time Off-related labels, fields, and configurations across instances. This ensures consistency, accuracy, and efficiency when deploying global or localized translations, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors
