RCM -> Smart Recruiters Readiness Report
You can now perform configuration and data health checks using the RCM Readiness Report Module to help assess Smart Recruiters impacts in Codebot.
To generate the RCM Readiness report below are the steps:
Note: Before running the readiness report make sure that these three workbooks are generated:- Recruiting Management
- Integration center
- Impact Analysis Integration Recruiting
Step 1: Login to CodeBot
Login to your CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors Account.
Step 2: Navigate to the RCM Readiness report
On the CodeBot dasboard, navigate to the readiness report module.
Step 3: Add new Iteration
Click on add new iteration: As the form populates, select the Instance from the company instance dropdown, for which you want to generate the report. Enter the iteration number, your SFSF username, description and click on Submit form.
Step 4: Generate Workbook
Note: Before running the readiness report make sure that these three workbooks are generated:
- Recruiting Management
- Integration center
- Impact Analysis Integration Recruiting
Once the iteration is created, click on Generate workbbok. As the form populates, enter the SFSF username and password, if the sso is enabled, check the sign in with SSO checkbox. From the advance option check the Complexity And Readiness RPT checkbox and click on confirm and start.
Step 5: Monitor Execution
As the status changes to processing you can track the progress of the execution. To monitor the progress please refer to the article attached below:
Step 6: Complete
Once the execution status is set to complete, click on the sheet icon and at the next page you will be able to see the generated Report.
Note: If anything doesn’t appear as expected, check CodeBot execution logs and send us the Tracking Request ID via the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
