RCM - How to change/update Field labels in Application System Fields Labels.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) is a comprehensive end-to-end solution for Recruitment Management that enables a company to manage their requisitions, process candidate applications, and select the best candidates for open positions.
This also helps you source, engage, and hire the world’s best talent as per the organization's requirements.
In this article, we will have a look at how to change/update Field labels in the Application System Fields Labels.
First, log in to CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors and click on the module you want to work on. In this article, we will move to Recruiting Management.
After you click the module, you will enter your workspace. Open the pre-generated workbook to the ApplicationSystemFieldsLabels tab.
The below screenshot shows the labels before the changes.
Change the labels accordingly as shown below! For now, we just changed 2 labels, you can change or update as many as you like.
After the changes are made, go back to CodeBot and from the hamburger menu click start configuration. Provide the SuccessFactors password, and execution notes and check the required box from the advanced options.
Click the i icon to know the progress of the execution. After a few minutes, you will be able to see the screenshots of the changes you made in the workbook.
Once complete, the changes are highlighted in green in the workbook.
Go to the SAP SuccessFactors Instance, and under the window’’ Manage Job Application Field Labels’’, Notice the changes as highlighted below.
